Our candles serve a positive purpose within our disability community. Not only the disability community is the number one minority in the world, but unfortunately, the employment rate coming from the

 U.S Bureau of  Labor  Statistics is meager, with only 21.3%  of individuals with a disability being employed compared to 65.4% of individuals without a disability having employment.
