As Seen On
CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY
Dear Valued Customers,
It is with heavy hearts that we share some sad news with you today. On behalf of Shane & Pepper, we regret to inform you that our journey together is coming to an end.
After much reflection and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close down Shane & Pepper Ability Candle Company. This decision was not made lightly, but unfortunately, we have reached a point where continuing our operations is no longer financially sustainable.
Effective immediately, our candles will no longer be available for purchase, and all associated social media accounts, including Shane's Facebook page, Instagram, and TikTok, will be closed down.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support, love, and light throughout the years. Your patronage has meant the world to us, and it has been an honor to serve you with our products.
At Shane's request, he would like to share that he is embarking on a new chapter in his life. He has decided to pursue a quieter path and focus on his career aspirations of becoming an attorney, as well as prioritizing his physical health.
As a token of our appreciation, if you have purchased a candle from us, please know that we have processed a full refund for your order. We hope this gesture reflects our gratitude for your support.
As we bid farewell, we wish you all the very best on your own journeys ahead. May you continue to spread love and light wherever you go.
Additionally, we have a special announcement to make. Please watch out for our detash yard sale that will be coming up very soon. We will be offering our remaining inventory at discounted prices, and it would mean a lot to us if you could join us for this final opportunity to connect.
With sincerest gratitude and warmest regards,
Alexandra Popiny

I am a mobility service dog! I was born at 4 Paws for Ability . It took me 2 years to graduate from 4 Paws for Ability! I got to graduate and meet my best friend, Shane in July, 2019 ! I lived in Xenia, Ohio ! My best friend Shane drove 8 hours to learn everything I knew and he stayed at the Ronald Mc.Donald house for 2 weeks. I was so happy to see him . I am happy that I have the proper training to be a service dog and help Shane ! I love my job and I love my Shane so much.
